Opal Aged Care in Alfred Cove was completed by WATS for BGC Construction towards the end of 2018.

The scope for Opal Alfred Cove majorly consisted of:

• Wall tiling to 136 ensuites and toilets
• Floor tiling to corridors and lobbies
• Donnybrook stone cladding to internal and external walls
• Balconies and terraces floor tiling on screed and waterproof membrane
• Various splashbacks throughout different rooms in the facility

Opal Aged Care was another highly successful project for both WA Tiling & Stone and BGC Construction. The end-result was a high-standard quality Residential Aged Care Facility, which can be viewed in the images below.
